Our executive team consists of Sam Abbey, Chris Smither, Steve Dunne and Kirk Wagerman. Together they have nearly 90 years of construction experience. Building strong relationships is important to us and we want to ensure that you have direct access to the ultimate decision makers in our company. That's why our principals are involved in every project from start to finish. We operate under well-defined company goals, and our leaders remain active in operations because they are builders and it is what they love to do. We commit the highest level of time and resources to every project.

Chris is dedicated to the complete success of every project. Chris is a master at estimating and managing the most challenging projects, finding innovative ways to save clients time and money. Chris began in the construction industry at age 15, and in addition to his experience managing projects, has also performed superintendent duties on numerous projects in his earlier years. Chris’s experience includes the construction of semiconductor megafabs, data centers and corporate office headquarters, including campus projects for both Facebook and Google.
