SC Builders’ mission is building long-term relationships

— including relationships among our own people. We’re passionate about building thriving careers, empowering our people, and giving them the incentive to stay with us until they retire. This requires building an environment where everyone feels they can belong, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity/expression, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, religion, age, physical appearance, socioeconomic status, or any other personal characteristic. GOALS:

With diversity and inclusion being a part of SC Builders’ core values, we set goals for our business every year, with an end goal of 2030 in mind.

SC Builders’ 2030 Goals for Diversity Equity, Belonging & Inclusion are:
  1. To establish an SCBI Academy that promotes and teaches construction to minority high school students.
  2. To achieve a minimum of 50% female/minority employees in Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Superintendent roles.
