SC Builders’ mission is building long-term relationships

GOALS:
With diversity and inclusion being a part of SC Builders’ core values, we set goals for our business every year, with an end goal of 2030 in mind.
SC Builders’ 2030 Goals for Diversity Equity, Belonging & Inclusion are:
- To establish an SCBI Academy that promotes and teaches construction to minority high school students.
- To achieve a minimum of 50% female/minority employees in Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Superintendent roles.
