Topping off in Santa Clara
Steel is up! Our teams celebrated topping off the office building at Lawrence Station Development with a BBQ lunch by Zuc’s. The beam was placed in the penthouse room of the building, almost 100 feet up, as construction team, design team, and owners watched in pride.
This 460,000+ SF ground-up development also includes a 5-story precast parking garage. We’re 70,000 manhours in, no injuries, and on schedule. Thank you to our teams for getting it done!
