SC Builders supported Meta’s early rapid growth by transforming a 137,000 sq. ft. former lab facility into an exciting corporate headquarters space. The tenant improvement included a new café, conference rooms, and server rooms. The City of Palo Alto recognized the project as the first commercial space to complete the city’s Green Building Program. SC Builders also converted 200,000 sq. ft. of abandoned R&D space into a fun and lively corporate office to support Facebook’s legal, marketing, and sales teams.
