SC Builders recently completed the first two phases of this 20-story, 150,000 sq. ft. demolition and build-out for WeWork at 430 California. Phase three is forthcoming, which is expected to bring the total to 180,000 sq. ft.

Features include 18th floor stage with theatrical lighting, “floating” wood clouds, and a mezzanine wood ceiling with incorporated lighting. This wood ceiling on the mezzanine between the 18th and 20th floors required the addition of structural steel to provide extra support.
