Office staff really got their steps in on this site tour of a mega-campus in Fremont. Spread over 65 acres and five phases, our teams are managing 14 buildings and massive site work for this confidential tech client.
Totaling 784,000 square feet, the office buildings include 3 cafes, company store and pop-up retail space, fitness center, and much more. There are nearly 20 structures alone in the site work, as well as 10,000 LF of fire line, 5,000 LF of storm drain, and 30 separate bioswales.
